Fitness and Safety
outliftr is a training log and planning tool. It does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for choosing exercises, weights, and training decisions that are appropriate for your health, skill, and environment. Stop training and seek qualified advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the app only for lawful purposes.
Your Content
Your workout plans, logs, notes, and body weight entries remain yours. You give us permission to process that information so we can operate the app, show analytics, provide support, and improve the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features will remain unchanged.
Termination and Deletion
You may stop using the app at any time and may request account and data deletion through our account deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or create security or legal risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, outliftr is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
